Pupils in our school experience an exciting and progressive art curriculum in which children develop a range of skills across a wide range of art disciplines. In Foundation stages, art is an important element of creative development. Throughout the school, pupils are taught the skills of painting, drawing, printing, collage, textiles and three dimensional work through using a variety of techniques and materials including the study of famous artists and their works. Opportunities are provided to use ICT programs to enhance work wherever appropriate. Through their art work, children are encouraged to develop their individual creative talents.
